Libo Gao (

Professor in School of Physics at Nanjing University

Biography: Libo Gao joined Nanjing University as a Professor of Physics and a Principal Investigator at Nanjing National Laboratory of Microstructures in May 2015. He received his Ph.D. degree in material sciences from Institute of Metal Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences, in 2011. Then he worked at Graphene Research Center, National University of Singapore, as a Research Fellow for four years. His awards include the China's "Thousand Youth Talents Plan" (2014), and the first class prize of the Liaoning province natural science award 2015. He published over 26 papers (with over 4300 citations) and is the holder of 6 Chinese granted and 4 Chinese and 1 US pending patents.
